Win Bo brings a strong foundation in health economics, health technology assessment (HTA), and public health research to his role as an HTA Analyst at Salutem Insights.
In his role, Win supports the delivery of robust, evidence-based analyses to inform payer decision-making and reimbursement processes. His work includes contributing to systematic reviews and evidence synthesis, analysing clinical trial data to assess efficacy, safety, and comparative effectiveness, and supporting the development of HTA dossiers and reimbursement submissions to the National Centre for Pharmacoeconomics (NCPE).
Win works closely with HTA managers and health economists to ensure analytical rigour and consistency across project deliverables, supporting the development of high-quality evidence that underpins market access and health policy decisions.
His MSc studies in Health Economics at the University of Galway have strengthened his expertise in economic evaluation, policy analysis, and data-driven healthcare decision-making, complementing his applied work in HTA and reimbursement strategy.
Prior to joining Salutem Insights, Win gained valuable experience working with the World Health Organization (WHO), where he supported public health projects through data analysis, assessments, and policy-focused research in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. This experience has provided him with a global perspective on health systems and a strong grounding in evidence-informed policy development.
Win’s combined expertise in health economics, HTA, and applied public health research enables him to contribute effectively to complex reimbursement and market access projects, supporting Salutem Insights’ mission to improve patient access to medicines through rigorous, data-driven analysis.
