Dr Hasan Bari is a health economist, market access consultant and medical doctor with extensive experience across the full health technology assessment pathway. Since 2021, he has delivered more than 20 HEOR and HTA projects spanning evidence synthesis, value strategy, decision modelling and reimbursement submissions.

Hasan has developed and adapted cost-effectiveness models and budget impact models and is experienced in R, Python, Stata and Excel VBA. His technical expertise supports the development of robust, transparent and decision-relevant evidence for health technology assessment, pricing and reimbursement.

Before joining Salutem Insights, Hasan spent two years at NICE, where he led the technical assessment of HTA submissions and contributed to eight published technology appraisal guidance documents supporting NHS funding decisions. He has also led pricing and reimbursement analyses for UNICEF.

Hasan’s current work includes supporting Joint Clinical Assessment submissions under the EU HTA Regulation, alongside national HTA submissions in Ireland and the UK. His therapeutic area experience spans oncology, rare diseases, cardiometabolic conditions, diagnostics and digital health.

His insight across both European and national HTA processes strengthens the team’s ability to support clients through complex evidence, reimbursement and market access challenges.
